01How do I know these numbers are real?
Every number in these case studies comes from one of three sources — the ad platform dashboard (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Taboola, DV360), GA4, or the client's own CRM. Where possible we triangulate all three. If a client asks us to keep their name anonymous, we do — but we never invent or round numbers to make a case study sound better. Where a metric didn't move, we say so.
02What's the difference between 'Before', 'After' and 'Now'?
Before is the state we found the account in — logged in writing on day one. After is the state at the end of the initial 60 to 90-day test window, before any major scale-up. Now is the state at the latest reporting period, usually 6 to 10 months into the engagement. The difference between After and Now shows you what compounding looks like after the system is stable.
03Which services does Snap Media run in-house?
Advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, native), affiliate marketing, social media, content and creative (photo, video, design, UGC), development (websites, landing pages, e-commerce, web apps), SEO and organic, email marketing, and strategy plus analytics. If a channel isn't on this list, we'll tell you — we don't white-label.
04How do I find the case study closest to my industry?
Use the filter bar above — D2C, B2B, Real Estate, Fintech, EdTech, Healthcare, Social. Or type a keyword in the search box — try "ROAS", "CPL", "TikTok", "retention", "affiliate" or "SEO". If none of our case studies match your specific use case, that doesn't mean we can't help — it just means we haven't published that one yet.
05What does it take to run a case study with Snap Media?
Three things: a real product or service, unit economics that support scale, and a willingness to run one primary metric — CAC, ROAS, CPL, SQL or whatever matters most — for at least 90 days before judging the outcome. If those three are in place, we'll usually take the engagement. If not, we'll tell you what needs fixing first, even if it means we lose the deal.
