The Approach

What We Provide

Media buying is where strategy meets spend efficiency. Snap Media plans and executes cross-channel campaigns — Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and programmatic — with one goal: buy the right inventory, at the right price, for the right audience, and pivot fast when the data says so.

Most agencies optimize in silos. We optimize across the portfolio. When Meta frequency creeps, budget moves to Search. When Search CPLs plateau, we layer LinkedIn or YouTube. The dashboard stays honest, the pacing stays tight, and every reallocation is logged.

Core Capabilities & Deliverables

  • Cross-Channel Media Planning: Budget allocation across channels based on unit economics, not habit.
  • Campaign architecture across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic DSPs.
  • Bid strategy — Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions and manual bidding where warranted.
  • Creative rotation and placement pruning to keep CPMs and CPA tight.
  • Frequency management and audience exclusion lists to prevent ad fatigue.
  • Invalid traffic filters and placement exclusions to protect budget from fraud.
  • Daily pacing, weekly reallocation and monthly strategy reviews — full logs.
  • Live dashboard with CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, frequency and channel split.

Who This Is For

  4. Optimize & Reallocate: Daily pacing, weekly budget shifts, creative rotation, placement pruning.

The Stack

Everything we own, from plan to pacing

Six moving parts. One team. No handoffs between vendors.

Cross-channel media planning, built on unit economics

We don't allocate by habit. Every rupee is assigned to a channel with a projected CAC, CPA target, and a test window. Search, Social, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic — all planned as one portfolio, reviewed weekly, reallocated without waiting for a monthly deck.

01

Bid & pacing strategy

Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions, or manual bids — matched to what the account actually needs at each stage. Daily pacing keeps spend on plan without overshoot.

02

Creative rotation

Fresh hooks, formats and offers on a weekly cadence — never let creative fatigue burn your CPMs.

Fraud & IVT filters

Placement exclusion lists, device-level filters, and postback validation to protect every rupee of spend.

Weekly optimization logs — nothing hidden

Senior oversight

Media accounts run by strategists who've managed crores — not handed to interns post-sale.

FAQ

Answers to what brands ask before hiring a media buyer

Real questions, straight answers — no sales fluff.

General

01 What is media buying?

Media buying is the process of planning, purchasing and optimizing ad placements across digital channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and programmatic networks. The goal is to buy the right inventory, at the right price, for the right audience.

02 How is media buying different from media planning?

Media planning decides where and when to advertise. Media buying executes that plan, negotiates placements, manages bids, and controls day-to-day pacing across channels.

03 Which channels do you buy media on?

Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic DSPs including DV360 and The Trade Desk. Channel mix depends on your audience and funnel.

Budget & Pricing

04 How do you decide budget allocation across channels?

We start from unit economics — target CAC, ROAS and payback period — then run a 2–3 channel test phase for 30–45 days. After that, budget shifts toward channels producing the best cost-per-outcome.

05 What is a good CPM or CPC in India?

CPM and CPC vary heavily by channel and category. Meta CPMs typically range ₹80 to ₹350. Google Search CPCs run ₹8 to ₹120. LinkedIn CPCs are usually ₹60 to ₹250. What matters is whether the resulting CAC is profitable.

06 Do you buy on a percentage of ad spend model?

Most engagements use a flat retainer plus a tiered percentage of ad spend above a threshold. This keeps our incentives aligned with your spend efficiency, not just volume.

07 What is your minimum monthly ad spend to engage?

We work with brands spending a minimum of ₹1,50,000 per month across channels. Below that, results are usually too volatile to be conclusive.

Process & Reporting

08 How often do you optimize campaigns?

Budget pacing and creative rotation happen daily. Structural campaign optimization, audience changes and budget reallocation happen weekly. Strategy reviews happen monthly with full performance logs.

09 How do you handle ad fraud and invalid traffic?

We layer platform-level filters, third-party verification where applicable, placement exclusion lists, IP and device exclusions, and postback validation to block invalid traffic before it consumes budget.

10 Do you provide creative and landing pages?

Yes. Static, UGC and motion creative is produced in-house, plus landing page builds and CRO support. Media buying without creative iteration is half a system.

11 How do you report media buying performance?

Every client gets a live dashboard with spend, CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, frequency and channel breakdown. Plus a weekly optimization log and a monthly strategy review.

Team & Contracts

12 Can you work with our in-house media team?

Yes. We regularly embed with in-house teams — handling day-to-day media buying and pacing while your team owns brand strategy, creative direction and reporting cadence. Clear RACI and shared dashboards make this seamless.

13 What is your minimum engagement period?

Three months is our recommended minimum — enough to launch, gather statistically valid data and stabilize CPL or ROAS. After that, month-to-month with no lock-in.
